Do I have to pay everything upfront?
No. 50% advance on signing, 50% on delivery when the apps are live and you've verified everything works. We don't take final payment until you're satisfied.
What happens if I cancel maintenance?
You can cancel anytime. The apps stay live for 30 days while you decide. We provide a complete data export (Excel + JSON). If you want to migrate to another provider, we hand over source code at fair commercial terms.
Are there annual discounts?
Yes — pay 12 months upfront on Care/Care+ for a 15% discount. Enterprise plans are quoted with custom annual pricing.
Do prices include GST?
No, GST (18%) is added at invoicing. We're a registered Indian company; we issue proper GST invoices for tax credit.
Can I switch maintenance plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade instantly; downgrade at the start of the next billing cycle. No fees either way.
What if my community grows beyond plan limits?
We'll let you know before any overages. Most communities upgrade to Care+ when they cross 500 members; Enterprise becomes useful around 5,000+ members or multi-chapter operations.
