Day 1

Discovery & Same-Day Plan

20-minute discovery call in the morning. We learn your community size, structure, and must-haves. By evening, you receive a written proposal with branding direction, feature scope, and exact quote.

Approve the plan + 50% advance — we kick off immediately.

Build & Brand

Migrate & Train

From Day 8 onwards, we're on call for 30 days post-launch for any tweaks.
