What happens after I submit the form?
We email you within 1 business day with 3-4 time slots for a 20-minute call. You pick what works. No phone-tag.
Do I need to prepare anything for the call?
Nothing required. If you have it handy: rough member count, current contact list location (paper, Excel, WhatsApp), and any specific must-haves. We'll guide the conversation.
Will I be talking to a salesperson?
No. Discovery calls are run by our Setup Manager (or the founder, depending on size). The same person who'll later own your project. Zero sales scripts.
What if I'm not ready to commit yet?
Totally fine. Many of our customers booked discovery calls 3-6 months before kickoff. We'll send you a written summary and check in when you're ready — no pressure.
