We're a small team in Surat with deep roots in the same villages, samaj, and federations we serve. This isn't a startup chasing a market — it's a commitment to our community's continuity.
Because our roots deserve more than a forgotten notebook.
I grew up watching my father — the secretary of our samaj for 22 years — type names into a 90s Word document, print 600 copies, and personally hand them out at every annual event. Half the numbers were wrong by the time the booklet reached the temple.
My cousins in America and Africa never made it into the book at all. They'd show up at weddings as strangers — sharing a surname, a gam, a grandmother, but knowing none of it.
We built Patel Community Connect because every Patel community we know has the same story. Decades of paper, lost contacts, scattered diaspora — and the secretaries, presidents, and gam-vadils who hold it all together quietly burning out.
This isn't a side project. It's a commitment to our community's continuity. Every line of code is written with one question: would my dadi find this useful?
