Can different chapters have different admins?
Yes. Each chapter has its own admin team with full local autonomy. Central federation board has read-only access to all chapters by default; specific cross-chapter actions require federation-level admin permissions.
Can a member belong to multiple chapters?
Yes — many do. A family in London is part of the UK chapter and the gam they originated from. Members get unified profiles; chapters see them through their lens.
How do you handle multi-currency billing?
Federations get consolidated invoicing in the currency of their HQ (typically INR or GBP/USD). Sub-chapters can pay separately if preferred. We handle FX automatically.
Can we customise for our federation's structure?
